Qualifications

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction and maintenance works, including various types of roads and structures.
• At least 10 years of experience with a reputable consultancy, with proven experience working as a Resident Engineer.
• Must have acted as Resident Engineer on a minimum of five (5) road maintenance projects of similar nature and scope.
• Each referenced road project shall have a contract value not less than AED 30 million.
• Demonstrated experience in managing road maintenance works in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
