Job summary

A leading international hotel chain in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Reservations Agent to provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing room bookings, assisting guests with inquiries, and maximizing revenue through up-selling. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Opera is preferred.

• Min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE.
• Experience is an asset.

Reservations Agent

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

What You Will Be Doing

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Qualifications

• Should have min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
