Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide repair services for industrial automation equipment such as PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and VFD drives.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing installations to identify root causes of problems.
• Perform repairs on-site at customer locations or in our workshop depending on the complexity of the issue.
• Collaborate with sales team to provide solutions for customers' needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs completed and parts used during the process.
