Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Recruiter VA to support a high-impact FinTech recruitment project. This fully remote role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening candidates across various seniority levels, and managing candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical recruitment, excellent evaluation skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality throughout the process. Immediate start available, with potential for long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter VA, Recruitment VA, or Technical Recruiter.
  • Experience hiring across executive, senior management, and junior engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of technology and engineering roles, preferably within FinTech or digital banking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts for various engineering roles.
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates using various platforms.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills and role suitability.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate interviews and support scheduling.
  • Build talent pools in relevant fields.
  • Prepare candidate shortlists and recruitment progress reports.
