Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in solution engineering or customer-facing role in telecoms.
• Good knowledge of mobile RAN and its impact on customer experience.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from engineers to executives.

Responsibilities

• Articulate benefits of solutions in customer meetings and presentations.
• Understand customer business issues and match them to suitable solutions.
• Assist the sales team with developing and executing sales strategies.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to customers.

Skills

Solution Engineering Expertise

5+ years in solution engineering or customer-facing role

Knowledge of mobile RAN

Strong verbal and written communication

Fluency in English

Collaborative mindset

Education

University degree in engineering or technical field

Tools

Familiarity with Infovista’s TEMS and/or Planet tools

Basic troubleshooting skills

Scripting skills in Python
