Job summary

BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for BagginsHQ Meet, our scheduling and video conferencing platform.

As an individual contributor, you will own the product's commercial performance in your market, identifying opportunities and driving revenue. This fully remote role requires proactive, self-driven professionals who can operate without a dedicated sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or technology products, with commercial focus.
• Proven ability to acquire paying customers or subscriptions.
• Established networks or ability to develop commercial opportunities independently.
• Strong understanding of freelancers, professionals and organisations' needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and without a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify and acquire paying subscribers among professionals and organisations.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote BagginsHQ Meet through networks, outreach, and partnerships.
• Demonstrate platform features, plans and benefits to prospective customers.
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers.
