Job summary

Baggins HQ is hiring an experienced Product Manager to drive market growth, customer acquisition, and subscription performance for Baggins HR, our HR management and workforce automation platform. This role is fully remote and independent, with no sales team and substantial autonomy to source opportunities.

You will own the product's commercial performance in your market, engaging HR directors and business stakeholders to demonstrate capabilities, secure new customers, and sustain revenue growth

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional experience in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, payroll administration, HR technology, workforce management or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify, approach and acquire organisations requiring HR management and workforce automation solutions.
• Develop and execute practical product growth and customer acquisition strategies within the assigned market.
• Promote Baggins HR through professional HR networks, employer associations, recruitment communities, corporate outreach and strategic partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate the platform's recruitment, employee management, attendance, leave and payroll capabilities.
• Convert genuine business prospects and trial users into paying subscribers.
• Build professional relationships with HR managers, recruitment professionals, business owners, operations managers and corporate decision-makers.
• Identify organisations experiencing challenges with manual recruitment, employee administration or payroll processes.
• Maintain customer relationships, encourage subscription renewals and minimise cancellations.
• Monitor verified subscription revenue, customer acquisition, retention and market performance.
• Maintain accurate and verifiable records of prospects, engagements, demonstrations and commercial outcomes.
• Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements and market growth.
• Independently achieve the Company's established verified revenue targets.
