Job summary

BagginsHQ seeks an experienced hospitality-focused Product Manager to drive market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for Baggins Hotel, a cloud-based hotel management platform. You will own commercial outcomes within the assigned market, targeting hotels, resorts and related properties.

This is an individual contributor role with no sales team. You will identify opportunities, demonstrate value, convert trials to paid subscriptions and maintain strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management, hospitality operations or related sectors.
• Proven ability to grow commercial performance and acquire customers.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, reservations and guest services.
• Ability to develop and manage a commercial pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire hotels and hospitality groups for PMS.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote the product through industry networks and partnerships.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities including PMS, reservations and POS.
• Maintain records of engagements and commercial outcomes.
