Job summary

BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead market growth and subscription performance for Baggins Education, our cloud-based SIS/LMS and campus operations platform.

The role is an individual contributor position, requiring strong education-sector knowledge, independent initiative, and the ability to acquire and convert educational institutions into paying subscribers. Fully remote option supported.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in education administration or EdTech business development.
• Proven ability to acquire institutional customers and grow subscriptions.
• Strong understanding of school operations, admissions and tuition management.
• Experience with SaaS subscriptions and enterprise sales in education.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue schools, colleges and universities needing education management software.
• Develop growth and customer acquisition strategies within the education sector.
• Demonstrate the platform's SIS, LMS and campus management capabilities to prospects.
• Convert free trials to paying subscribers and manage renewals.
• Build relationships with school owners, principals and procurement decision-makers.
