Job summary
BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive market growth, acquisition and subscription performance for BagginsHQ Meet, a professional scheduling and video conferencing platform. This is an individual contributor role with no sales team.
The candidate will own commercial performance in the assigned market and work remotely. The role requires proven SaaS experience, independent customer acquisition and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, technology products or related commercial sectors.
- Proven ability to acquire paying customers independently.
- Strong communication, product presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and without a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Independently identify and acquire paying subscribers among professionals and organisations.
- Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
- Promote BagginsHQ Meet through networks, outreach and partnerships.
- Demonstrate platform features, plans and benefits to prospective customers.
- Convert trial users and prospects into paying subscribers.
- Maintain engagement and drive renewals to minimise cancellations.
- Monitor revenue, acquisition performance and retention; record outcomes.
