BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive growth for BagginsHQ Meet, a professional scheduling and video conferencing platform. You will own market performance, lead customer acquisition and supervise subscription metrics from a remote setup.

The role is an individual contributor position with no sales team, requiring proactive prospecting and strong commercial discipline to reach revenue targets and sustain product adoption.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in SaaS or technology products.
• Proven ability to acquire paying customers or subscriptions.
• Strong understanding of freelancers, professionals, businesses and organisations needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify and acquire paying subscribers among professionals, freelancers, businesses and organisations.
• Develop and execute practical product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote BagginsHQ Meet through networks, outreach, digital channels and partnerships.
• Demonstrate the platform's features, plans and commercial benefits to prospects.
• Convert prospects and trial users into paying subscribers.
• Build relationships with organisations and professionals needing scheduling solutions.
• Maintain customer engagement, renewals and minimise cancellations.
• Monitor subscription revenue, acquisition performance, feedback and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, engagements and outcomes.
• Provide market insights to improve product adoption and growth.
• Independently achieve the company’s verified revenue targets.
