BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced commercially driven Product Manager to lead market growth and subscription performance for Baggins HR, our comprehensive HR management and workforce automation platform.

This is a fully remote, individual-contributor role focused on acquiring organisations, developing growth strategies, presenting the platform, converting prospects to paying subscribers, and sustaining revenue growth in the UAE.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales or tech sales.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional spoken and written English; comfortable remote work.
• Experience with SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Independently identify and acquire organisations needing HR management solutions.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrate Baggins HR capabilities to prospects and demonstrate ROI.
• Convert trials into paying subscribers and build relationships with HR decision-makers.
• Maintain revenue, acquisition, retention and market performance records.
• Gather feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements and market growth.
• Achieve revenue targets during probation and beyond.
