Job summary

BagginsHQ seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the commercial growth of Baggins Education, a cloud-based SIS/LMS and campus operations platform. You will own market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for educational institutions.

This is an individual contributor role with no sales team. You will independently identify opportunities, build relationships with school leaders and manage revenue targets for the product in the education sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in education administration, school management or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of school operations, admissions, and tuition management.
• Experience with institutional customer acquisition and SaaS subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify, approach and acquire schools and educational institutions.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrate the platform's SIS, LMS, admissions and tuition capabilities.
• Convert free trial users into paying subscribers.
• Maintain institutional customer relationships and renewals.
