BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for Baggins HR, a comprehensive HR platform.

You will own the product's commercial performance in the assigned market, engaging with businesses, HR departments and recruitment professionals, and you will operate as an individual contributor with no sales team.

This role is fully remote and focuses on growing verified revenue while delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional experience in HR, recruitment, payroll or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
• Experience in business development and SaaS subscriptions in HR.
• Established relationships within HR or recruitment communities.
• Ability to communicate with HR directors and decision-makers.
• Strong product presentation and customer retention skills.
• Ability to develop and manage a commercial pipeline solo.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity and discipline.
• Ability to maintain accurate revenue and acquisition records.
• Access to reliable computer and stable remote working setup.
