Job summary

Syniti is seeking a Client Account Executive in the UAE who will own a strategic sales plan for an assigned territory, drive revenue growth, and close large enterprise deals from qualification to contract. This quota-bearing role requires self-motivation, a goal-driven mindset, and a proven track record in enterprise sales.

You will sell a complete software/services solution, coordinate with Presales and Consulting, and travel as needed to build a robust pipeline and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to enterprise accounts and managing long enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and close new business while ensuring satisfied and referenceable customers.
• Sell a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer success.
• Active territory management targeting specific companies and collaborating with partners to drive pipeline.
• Manage complex, enterprise-wide sales cycles and effectively present the value proposition.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop territory and target account plans to create a healthy 4-quarter pipeline.
• Orchestrate team selling with Presales and Consulting Services in the territory.
• Forecast, manage and update pipeline activities using Salesforce.com and provide regular performance reviews.
