Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Account Executive in Dubai to drive value for enterprise clients and manage a large, complex sales cycle with C-level stakeholders. You will own forecasting, account planning, and pipeline development across a dedicated territory.

You will cultivate growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell while meeting aggressive sales targets in a collaborative, inclusive culture that rewards top performers with uncapped commissions and world-class training.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
• Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process.
• Willingness to conduct travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive value delivery with Gartner clients and maximize value from services.
• Identify, cultivate, qualify and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
• Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet KPIs and quotas.
• Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse environments.
• Quota responsibility for your assigned territory.
