Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a Net New Account Executive for Dubai to identify, pursue, and secure new business with organizations not yet engaged with Thinkproject. You will generate opportunities via multiple channels, focusing on large accounts and strategic growth across untapped markets.

The role requires 5+ years in field sales of SaaS/cloud solutions, strong English and Arabic communication, and a track record of acquiring new logos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in SaaS and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and logos.
• Experience with outcome-based solution selling delivering measurable customer results.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Acquire net new customers in assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Engage with new customers to build relationships and uncover challenges.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and present the value proposition of Thinkproject.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Implement territory plans to expand Thinkproject’s footprint in untapped markets.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Services, Marketing, and Partner Management.
