Job summary

Remotedxb is hiring for a remote Customer Service representative in the UAE. You will handle inquiries across email, chat, phone, and other channels, delivering accurate product and process information while maintaining professional interactions.

You will resolve issues, document interactions, and escalate complex cases as needed. The role requires at least 1 year in customer support, strong English skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Remote work setup preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
