Job summary

Michael Page partners with a global TIC organization in Dubai to recruit a senior sales leader with extensive experience in testing, inspections and certifications. You will drive regional growth across MEA and India and implement governance, processes and a scalable sales structure for Area Sales Managers, field and inside sales teams.

The role requires deep experience in negotiating, strategic planning, and managing key accounts, with a focus on cost optimization and tender leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in testing, inspections and certifications (TIC).
• 3+ years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams of professionals.
• Experience in new business development and business expansion.
• Experienced in Stakeholder Management.
• Expert in negotiation and consultative selling.
• Expert in sales planning, pipeline management and opportunity qualification.
• Expert in analysing information, problem-solving and decision taking.
• Competent in interpreting profit & loss reports.

Responsibilities

• Achieve, measure and monitor all regional sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive geographic expansion to new markets across the Middle East, Africa and India.
• Implement governance compliant processes, policies, tools, concepts and projects in the region.
• Create and optimize the sales organizational structure and build clusters for Area Sales Managers, field sales, inside sales and sales support in the region.
• Derive regional sales strategies and implement strategic sales management within the region.
• Set targets, steer, monitor and coach Sub-Regional / Area Sales Managers; train and motivate teams.
• Reduce, optimize and monitor internal sales costs in the region.
• Trigger and track sales campaigns with Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Drive Key Account Management and Tender activities in the region.
• Set up global/regional master service agreements with large customers.
