Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a UAE National with commercial leadership experience to lead GCC growth, partnerships and revenue for a high-impact technology and transformation business.

The role involves shaping growth strategy across government and enterprise sectors, building senior-level relationships with public and private stakeholders, and steering a dedicated commercial team to deliver sustained revenue expansion across the UAE and wider GCC.

Qualifications

• UAE National with family book is required.
• Proven experience in commercial leadership, business development or growth roles.
• Track record of revenue growth in B2G and/or B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GCC growth and commercial strategies.
• Lead business development initiatives across government and enterprise sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior public and private sector stakeholders.
• Drive tender, RFP and procurement opportunities through to successful completion.
• Lead and develop a commercial team focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and convert new opportunities.
