Job summary

Michael Page seeks a UAE-based senior leader to drive GCC growth, partnerships and revenue for a technology and transformation-focused organisation. You will develop commercial strategy across government and enterprise sectors, lead a high-impact team, and build relationships with senior public and private sector stakeholders.

Collaborate across functions to win tenders and procurement opportunities, and shape the region's growth with clear leadership and strategic vision.

Qualifications

UAE National with family book.
Proven experience in commercial leadership, business development, partnerships, or growth roles.
Track record of delivering revenue growth within B2G and/or B2B environments.
Experience engaging with government entities, procurement processes, and senior decision-makers.
Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute GCC growth and commercial strategies.
Lead business development initiatives across government and enterprise sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with senior public and private sector stakeholders.
Drive tender, RFP, and procurement opportunities through to successful completion.
Lead and develop a commercial team focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and convert new opportunities.
