Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks a Business Development Executive for Inspection & Certification to grow third-party services across industrial sectors. You will identify new clients, understand their inspection needs, and develop long-term relationships to expand the company’s TIC offerings.

Role focuses on building pipelines, coordinating with technical teams, and delivering compelling proposals to close opportunities. Strong BD, sales, and industry knowledge are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of BD/sales in TIC or related inspection sector.
• Experience selling third-party inspection and certification services.
• Knowledge of industrial, construction and engineering markets.
• Understanding of lifting equipment and QA/QC or related compliance.
• Proven ability to generate new accounts and engage technical decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities for third-party inspection and certification services.
• Identify prospective clients across construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, facilities management, marine and more.
• Generate new clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers through closure.
• Build relationships with HSE, QA/QC, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Facilities and Project departments.
• Coordinate with inspectors, engineers and internal teams to arrange inspections and certification services.
• Develop repeat business and annual/periodic inspection contracts with existing clients.
• Maintain an active pipeline and report on enquiries, quotations, client meetings and sales conversions.
• Monitor market requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
