Michael Page in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive international growth by developing new client relationships and strategic partnerships across Europe and other markets.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage the full BD cycle from prospecting to negotiations, build referrals with accounting and advisory firms, and represent the firm at industry events within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Europe and other target international markets.
• Building relationships with accounting firms, advisory practices and professional services partners to generate referral opportunities.
• Developing and managing a pipeline of direct corporate clients requiring outsourced and advisory solutions.
• Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
• Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Managing the full business development cycle, from prospecting through to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to maximise revenue growth.
