Regional Startup Sales Leader – MENAT

Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a senior sales leader in Dubai to scale new business across Startups in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa. You will lead a team of Account Executives, coach them on pipeline and deal strategy, and partner with SalesOps, Marketing, Channel, and other sales functions to grow Cloudflare's brand and revenues in the region.

You will recruit, onboard and ramp high-performing AEs, drive optimal GTM coverage, and develop data-driven playbooks while building strong customer and partner

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.
• 15+ years of sales experience, with 10+ years in startups across MEA.
• 5+ years of leading quota-carrying sales reps in SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity.
• Experience managing high velocity pipeline and GTM strategies.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to sell to executive audiences.
• Established cybersecurity and SaaS connections in the MEA region.
• Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale new business revenue across Startups in Middle East, Turkey & Africa by guiding a team of Account Executives.
• Coach AEs, provide deal support, and drive pipeline generation and execution strategy.
• Collaborate with SalesOps, Management, Marketing, Channel, and other sales functions to improve GTM and brand awareness.
• Attract, hire, and ramp high-performing Account Executives to hit sales targets and DNR growth.
• Define optimal regional Go-To-Market coverage and drive channel relationships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry organizations to grow revenues.
