Job summary

Cloudflare, based in Dubai, seeks a senior sales leader to scale new business revenue across startups in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa. You will coach Account Executives, guide deal strategy, and partner with SalesOps, Marketing, and Channel teams to expand brand awareness and product adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of sales experience, including 10+ years in startups in MEA, with a successful track record managing quota-bearing reps in SaaS/Cloud.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
• At least 15 years sales experience, 10+ years in startups across MEA.
• 5+ years managing a quota-carrying sales team with SaaS/Cloud focus.
• Experience building and executing GTM strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale of new business revenue across startups in MEA from Dubai base.
• Coach AEs, provide deal support, and drive forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
• Hire, onboard and ramp high-performing Account Executives to hit targets.
• Develop GTM programs to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
