Job summary
Cloudflare, based in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Account Executive Manager to scale new business revenue across Startups in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa. You will coach Account Executives, coordinate with SalesOps, Marketing, and Channel teams, and help attract and ramp high-performing AE talent to meet ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of overall sales experience with at least 10 years focused on Startups across the Middle East, Turkey & Africa
- 5+ years experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales reps with a proven track record of selling and upselling complex solutions across the MEA region; SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity industry preferred
- Experience building and rolling-out GTM strategies in fast-paced environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences
- Established relationships within the Cybersecurity and SaaS/Cloud communities in the Sub-Saharan Africa market
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives and drive quarterly and annual quota attainment
- Provide day-to-day deal support and strategic guidance to AEs
- Source, interview, and recruit top sales talent in collaboration with recruiting and sales leaders
- Maintain AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and provide weekly attainment forecasts
- Develop and iterate on go-to-market coverage and channel relationships
