Job summary
Based out of Dubai, Cloudflare is seeking a sales leader to scale new business revenue across startups in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa by leading a team of Account Executives. You will coach AEs, recruit and ramp talent, and collaborate across SalesOps, Marketing, Channel and regional leadership to drive GTM initiatives and growth.
In this fast-paced, multicultural environment, you will define AE profiles for the region, manage forecasts, and help hit quarterly targets while strengthening
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- 15+ years overall sales experience; 10+ years in Startups across MEA.
- 5+ years managing a quota-carrying sales team in SaaS/Cloud.
- Proven track record selling complex solutions in MEA.
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/MIS a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional sales growth by meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Coach and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Provide day-to-day deal support and guidance to AEs.
- Source, interview, recruit top sales talent.
- Own AE KPI reporting and forecast in Salesforce.
- Define ideal AE profiles for the region.
- Onboard and ramp up AEs.
- Develop and iterate GTM programs to boost DNR growth.
- Define and drive optimal sales coverage for market segments.
- Drive channel relationships to accelerate business.
- Foster relationships with customer/partner executives.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and pipeline health reviews.
