This leading Professional Services firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join their team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in your career and work within an interesting company where you will be given excellent exposure to the business and be able to influence at all levels.
In this role, you will facilitate the entire end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will create a brand presence online through LinkedIn and other networking sites, ensuring the best talent in the area is attracted, engaged and spoken to. In addition, the operational side of recruitment will be focused on and processes improved to deliver a world‑class recruitment function.
As the successful candidate, you will come from a strong recruitment background, either at an in‑house level or from a recruitment agency. You will also be degree‑educated, have strong communication skills and be able to liaise effectively at all levels. Candidates must speak Arabic fluently.
