Job summary

TETR is seeking a results-driven B2B Partnership Manager in Dubai to build and manage its agent network across the region, drive student recruitment through partners, and represent TETR at fairs and university engagements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in education partnerships, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and willingness to travel extensively. They will work with admissions to ensure smooth handoffs and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales or partnerships experience in international education.
• Proven track record with agent networks and student recruitment targets.
• Ability to engage agency stakeholders and prospective students with confidence.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritise the agent ecosystem in your region.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard leading education agencies.
• Negotiate agent agreements in line with playbooks.
• Train partners on master’s programmes and admissions.
• Drive a consistent flow of qualified student leads and applications.
• Travel extensively for events, fairs, and university visits.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor partner performance.
