You will identify opportunities, build long-term partnerships, manage the sales cycle from lead to closure, and collaborate with product, marketing and operations to tailor offerings. The role is based in Dubai and requires strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development in UAE/GCC education sector.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Drive B2B growth, partnerships and market expansion for skill-tech programmes across schools, educational institutions, corporates and community organisations in the region.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across schools, educational institutions, corporates and community organisations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve defined revenue and business development targets.
