Job description

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for fashion and retail roles, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. The role focuses on hiring for both frontline retail staff (store managers, supervisors, sales associates, cashiers, visual merchandisers) and support office functions, while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and head office roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, agencies, and walk-in interviews.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for seasonal and bulk hiring (sales events, store openings, etc.).
  • Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and in-person/virtual assessments.
  • Organize recruitment events and walk-in interviews for frontline retail staff.
  • Ensure positive communication with all candidates during the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, turnover trends, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
