Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in recreation or hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• UAE Lifeguard license for pool and beach; first aider certification preferred.
• Gym/fitness instruction background is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of recreation areas including gym and pool.
• Lead and train the recreation team to ensure guest satisfaction.
