We are looking for experienced and professional Receptionists / Patient Coordinators to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a clinical or aesthetic healthcare environment, excellent communication and client-handling skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient journey, from initial inquiries and appointment scheduling to treatment coordination and follow-ups.
• Welcome patients and provide a professional, personalized, and premium front-desk experience.
• Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person communication.
