Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or aesthetic healthcare environment.
• Mandatory experience as a Receptionist or Patient Coordinator.
• Experience handling VIP/high-profile clientele is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient journey from inquiry to follow-up.
• Welcome patients with a professional, premium front-desk experience.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, emails, and in person.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations and schedules with doctors and clinical staff.
• Explain clinic services and packages to support patient conversion and retention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
