Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic dermatology or premium healthcare clinics is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient journey from inquiries and appointments to follow-ups.
• Welcome patients and provide professional, personalized assistance throughout their clinic experience.
• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, therapists and staff.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and in person.
• Explain treatments, packages and services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules.
