Qualifications

• Must have prior receptionist or patient coordinator experience.
• Experience in aesthetic/derm or premium healthcare clinics preferred.
• Strong communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient journey from inquiries to appointments and treatment coordination.
• Welcome patients with a professional, premium front-desk experience.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in person.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors, nurses and staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Support patient conversion and retention through exceptional service.
