A leading organization located in Dubai is seeking a proactive and highly organized Receptionist / Executive Assistant. The role involves managing front office operations, supporting HR coordination, and providing executive management assistance. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement activities and support the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Experience handling travel and visa processes independently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
  • Manage office administration, supplies, and compliance records.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Handle health insurance, visa renewals, and HR ERP updates.
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director.
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities & small office events.
