A leading real estate development organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer. You will lead negotiations with suppliers, manage contract finalisation, and coordinate procurement with project timelines. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience on high-rise building projects in the UAE, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Salary ranges from AED 10,000 to AED 14,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience on high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Prior experience working with developers or main contractors is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge within construction and real estate procurement.
• Proficiency in cost management data analysis and procurement reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple packages and prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing.
• Manage procurement and contract finalisation for various construction packages.
• Conduct strategic sourcing and spend analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with Design and Project teams.
• Prepare and submit accurate procurement performance reports.
