Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan and ready properties to both local and international clients
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients, investors, and referral partners
- Develop and implement business strategies for client acquisition & retention
- Advise clients with in-depth market knowledge, investment insights, and legal guidance
- Stay updated on Dubai’s latest property trends, project launches, and regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan and/or secondary market)
- Proven track record of closing high-value property deals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented
- RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- UAE driving license highly desirable
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc. are a plus)
