Are you a detailoriented Quantity Surveyor with a background in furniture or interior fitout projects We are partnering with a wellestablished company in Sharjah that is looking for a dedicated professional to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs BOQs and cost estimates.
• Manage project budgets pricing and material quantities.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor site progress and update cost tracking sheets.
• Assist in preparing and submitting interim and final payment applications.
• Prepare cutting lists and ensure materials are optimized for production.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• 35 years of experience in the furniture or fitout industry.
• Strong experience in preparing cutting lists is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
