Qualifications

  • Must possess a mandatory PIC Level 3 qualification.
  • F&B experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous guest experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the QHS Manager in daily hygiene, quality, and sustainability activities.
  • Conduct hygiene inspections in kitchens and F&B outlets.
  • Assist in preparing training materials for hygiene and quality.
  • Coordinate QHS training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Help organize awareness campaigns related to sustainability.

Job Description

To support the QHS Manager in daily hygiene, quality, and sustainability activities. The role focuses on inspections, documentation, data collection, training coordination, and audit preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality standards, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Hygiene & Food Safety
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring HACCP and food safety practices.
  • Conduct basic hygiene inspections in kitchens, F&B outlets, and back-of-house areas.
  • Support compliance with Dubai Municipality hygiene requirements.
  • Assist with hygiene reports, records, and corrective action follow-ups.
Quality Support
  • Support preparation for internal and external audits. (LQA)
  • Collect and summarize guest feedback data (e.g., TrustYou).
  • Track corrective actions and follow up with departments.
Sustainability Support
  • Assist in implementing the Sustainability Management Plan.
  • Support eco-certification documentation (e.g., Green Globe, DST audit).
  • Assist in sustainability awareness activities for colleagues and guests.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain organized QHS files, logs, and records.
  • Ensure documents are updated and ready for audits.
  • Support compliance tracking under guidance of the QHS Manager.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and conducting trainings related to hygiene, quality, and sustainability.
Training & Awareness
  • Coordinate QHS training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Prepare basic training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, handouts, posters, and SOP summaries.
  • Support delivery of hygiene, quality, and sustainability training.
  • Assist with QHS induction training for new employees.
  • Help organize awareness campaigns and activities.
