Exalogic Consulting seeks an experienced Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to join our Real Estate Technology team in the UAE. You will translate client requirements into software solutions and deliver compelling product demonstrations for property management workflows.

You will work closely with sales and delivery teams, prepare proposals and RFPs, and ensure solutions align with leasing, tenant management, maintenance and finance processes across property operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales and solution consulting for PropTech.
• Experience delivering product demos and proposals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Understand property management workflows (leasing, tenant management, maintenance, finance).
• Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFIs and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design solutions.
• Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.
