Job summary

United AlSaqer Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Property Management Techno-Functional Consultant to optimize LEMS and related property management systems. You will translate business requirements into effective system solutions across leasing, contracts, billing, refunds, and expenses.

You will configure workflows, provide production support, and coordinate Oracle Fusion Financials integrations, ensuring accurate data flows between property operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Oracle, ERP, Property Management, Real Estate, Business Analysis, Project Management, or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate Systems, ERP, or related technology environments.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with LEMS (Lease and Estate Management System).
• Proven experience in leasing, contract management, tenant refunds, billing, CAM/service charges, and property expense configuration.
• Experience supporting end-to-end commercial, residential, and mixed‑use property management operations.
• Experience in LEMS implementation, upgrades, data migration, UAT, reporting, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Revenue Recognition, and SLA.
• Knowledge of budgeting controls, budget definition, ERP integrations, and finance‑related property management processes.
• Experience working with business users, Finance, IT teams, and external vendors in a techno‑functional capacity.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred experience within a Real Estate or Property Management organization.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end leasing activities including prospect management and lease administration.
• Configure and support leasing, contract management, tenant refunds, billing, CAM/ service charges, and property expense allocation processes.
• Support commercial, residential, and mixed-use property operations and recommend process improvements.
• Configure LEMS workflows, business rules, dashboards, reports, approvals, and property management processes.
• Maintain property structures including communities, buildings, floors, units, parking spaces, and related master data.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.
• Support LEMS integration with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM) and SLA.
• Coordinate with Finance and IT teams to ensure accurate property-to-finance system processes.
• Manage integrations between LEMS, ERP, Finance, CRM, Payment Gateway, and Document Management Systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and technical documentation.
• Execute UAT, regression & integration testing, coordinate defect resolution, and support go-live and hypercare.
• Gather and analyze requirements from Property Management, Leasing, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, configurations, and system solutions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
