Job summary

Penta Consulting Ltd is hiring a Sales Engineer in Dubai to support technical sales with design, demos, and POCs. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, and Support to drive successful adoption of technology solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with customers and partners, translate business needs into technical designs, and guide deployments from proof of concept through implementation, enabling upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of technology solutions, platforms, and architectures.
• Experience delivering presentations, demonstrations, and POCs.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working across Sales, Product, Support, and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and POCs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Support teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Guide solution deployment, implementation, and customer onboarding activities.
• Deliver customer training and support solution adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• Design and recommend solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Support deal progression and contribute to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure accurate pre-sales and post-sales documentation.
• Monitor customer adoption and recommend improvements to maximise value.
