Job summary

GCG ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS in the UAE seeks a Presales Consultant – Digital Transformation to support the presales function, prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, conduct solution demonstrations, and engage with public sector and SME clients across the UAE.

You will bring strong LCNC platform knowledge (OutSystems, Joget, Mendix, Appian or similar) and a background in SI or DT consulting, with a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognised university.
• 3–7 years of presales or solution consulting experience within a SI, DT consulting firm, or LCNC/automation vendor ecosystem; UAE experience is mandatory.
• Experience with LCNC platforms such as OutSystems, Joget, Mendix, Appian or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end presales activities across GCG’s DT portfolio with a primary focus on LCNC solutions and related workflow, automation, CRM, and ECM offerings.
• Prepare technical, commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, BOQ and SOW documentation in coordination with the sales team.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, discovery sessions, and customer-facing presentations to support the sales team across opportunities.
• Map customer requirements to GCG’s DT portfolio and coordinate with delivery teams on scope, effort, timelines, and approach.
• Support pricing, BOQ development, and commercial modelling in coordination with the Head of Sales.
