Job summary

Exalogic Consulting seeks an experienced Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to join our Real Estate Technology team in the UAE. You will translate client requirements into software solutions and deliver compelling product demonstrations for property management workflows.

You will work closely with sales and delivery teams, prepare proposals and RFPs, and ensure solutions align with leasing, tenant management, maintenance and finance processes across property operations.

Exalogic is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to join our team and contribute to exciting opportunities in the Real Estate Technology space. We’re looking for someone who understands both Real Estate / Property Management operations and technology solutions and can effectively translate client requirements into the right software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Understand property management workflows, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance, finance and property operations.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFIs and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design suitable solutions.
• Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting within the PropTech or Real Estate Technology industry.
• Good understanding of Property Management Software and real estate business processes.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Yardi, MRI Software, RealPage, SAP RE-FX, Oracle Real Estate or similar solutions.
• Experience in client-facing product demonstrations, solution presentations and proposal preparation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
