As a Projects & Continuous Improvement Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for designing, programming, implementing, and maintaining PLC and SCADA systems while working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and external vendors. Your expertise will directly support seamless plant operations, system uptime, and long-term automation strategy.

Things you will be doing for the Business

• Design and develop PLC software solutions in line with ISO procedures and internal engineering standards
• Create software design specifications and technical documentation for automation projects
• Program, test, and maintain PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, etc.)
• Implement and integrate SCADA systems such as Ignition, Citect, InTouch, or equivalent platforms
• Coordinate with fellow engineers on SCADA, PLC, and system integration activities
• Support automation commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
• Maintain and support automation projects post-implementation to ensure system stability
• Ensure consistent quality standards across all automation and control projects
• Provide technical training to technicians and operators on implemented automation solutions
• Work with servo drives and motion controllers (Delta, SEW, Schneider)
• Support electrical control wiring, logic design, and system diagnostics
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and Engineering teams
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors related to automation systems, machinery, and spare parts
• Deliver tasks within defined timelines while managing multiple priorities

What are we looking for in you?

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics from a reputable local or foreign Institute.
• A minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience of manufacturing within FMCG / Food sector, dry range food experience is preferred.
