Job summary

A prominent construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will manage project correspondence, prepare agendas, and assist in maintaining records and documentation. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration, with 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

Candidate Criteria
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
