Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the UAE is seeking a Project Material Coordinator who will be the single point of contact for all material-related activities on projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction and a strong background in material control and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include coordinating material inspections, managing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this position.

We are seeking a Project Material Coordinator to act as the single point of contact for all material-related activities on assigned projects, ensuring smooth coordination between Production, Warehouse, QC, and Project teams.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas construction
• Strong knowledge of Material Control, warehouse operations, and QC interface
• Experience coordinating material inspections, releases, and movements
• Ability to manage OSD, discrepancies, and inspection priorities
• Good coordination with Production, Project, and Warehouse teams
• Strong written/email communication skills
• Degree / Diploma preferred
• Knowledge of HSE requirements
• Ability to manage indirect manpower and storage space
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
