Job summary

A project management company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 7 to 8 years in overseeing projects from registration to client handover. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating with suppliers and teams, and ensuring the implementation of safety protocols. Candidates must have knowledge in LV Distribution Controls and Industrial Automation Systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Technically sound knowledge on LV Distribution Controls and Industrial Automation Systems.
• Ability to conduct regular HSE orientation and implement safety norms on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order registration to client handover.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Schedule projects, select materials, and plan resources.
• Guide field project teams and provide technical assistance.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Undertaking the complete project management after job order registration till handover to client
  
• Coordination with customers suppliers subcontractors internal sales & finance teams
  
• Project scheduling material selection & resource planning
  
• Technically sound knowledge on LV Distribution Controls & Industrial Automation Systems
  
• To guide and mentor field projects team for any technical assistance.
  
• Effective management of project in accordance with the scope requirement.
  
• Negotiation with subcontractors/vendors within the allocated project budget
  
• Able to work both as part of a team or independently and ability to manage multiple projects
  Leading the project progress & technical meetings with Clients/Contractor/Consultants
  
• To prepare & maintain all project documentation: Schedules Resource allocation plans Status Reports Monthly Forecast Invoice tracking etc
  
• Major KPIs : Achieving monthly/yearly invoice targets cost/resource optimization & profitability
  
• Mandatory : To conduct regular HSE orientation for team ensuring encouraging & firm implementation of all safety norms at site
